We believe that the physical development of each student is considered to be an integral part of students education and growth as a person which continues for the whole of their life. The school promotes the physical development and well-being of its students through systematic involvement in structured classes of Physical Education taught by a fully qualified PE teacher.
In addition to the promotion of an individual’s physical development, involvement in PE classes allows the student to experience co-responsibility, teamwork and good health. It also fosters self-esteem, confidence and develops good posture. Participation in games and sports, in addition to promoting physical well-being, assists in the development of personal qualities and values which are the foundation of good character.

These include: team spirit, generosity, responsibility, self-discipline, honesty, a sense of honour, modesty and graciousness in both victory and defeat.
